I was finally able to get my hands on wheat.  Costco has been out of it but I called in the morning and they said, "We just got a whole bunch. You better hurry because it won't last long."  Once I got there, it was not hard to spot it.  There were carts and people gathered around trying to put the 40 lbs. buckets of wheat into their carts.  I was able to grab 5.  I can finally slow down in trying to grow my food storage supply.  Now I just have to buy a wheat grinder!!
