Chocolate Texas Sheet Cake

| 2 cups all purpose flour | 2 eggs |
| 2 cups white sugar | 1 teaspoon baking soda |
| 1 cup butter or margarine | 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
| 1 cup water | 6 Tablespoons milk |
| 1/2 cup shortening | 2 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar |
| 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder | |
| 1/2 cup buttermilk |
Preheat oven at 400 degrees
First combine flour and sugar
In a medium saucepan bring to a boil 1/2 cup butter/margarine, 1/2 cup shortening, 1 cup water, 4 tablespoons cocoa powder.
Pour cocoa mixture with flour and sugar. Stir in buttermilk, eggs, baking soda, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Mix well until smooth. Then pour into greased and floured jelly roll pan. (15×10×1 size pan)
*Don't worry this may look a little runny.*
Bake for 20 minutes
Just a few minutes before the cake is ready to come out go ahead and make the frosting.
Frosting
Medium saucepan, boil 1/2 cup butter/margarine, 6 tablespoons milk, and add 4 tablespoons cocoa together. Remove from heat immediately and add in the 2 1/2 cups of confectioner's sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Pour onto the cake while it's still warm.
*If the frosting isn't sweet enough, add up to 4 cups of confectioner's sugar.*
